We install across Chicago and the surrounding metro. Lake Michigan source water, older pipes, chloramine taste -- we know exactly what Chicago homes deal with.
We service Chicago city limits and the surrounding metro -- Lincoln Park, Wicker Park, Logan Square, Pilsen, Bridgeport, Beverly, Hyde Park, Edgewater, Rogers Park, and beyond. Not sure if you're in our range? Call us.
Chicago draws from Lake Michigan -- one of the cleanest large-source supplies in the country. But Chicago installed lead water service lines well into the 1980s, one of the last major cities to do so. Even when your municipal water tests clean at the plant, it picks up lead between the main and your tap. On top of that, Chicago treats with chloramines instead of plain chlorine, which keeps the water safe but leaves a distinct taste and smell -- especially noticeable in your morning coffee.
Whole-home carbon and KDF filtration at the point of entry stops lead before it reaches any faucet, shower, or appliance.
Chloramines require catalytic carbon to remove -- standard carbon filters do not cut it. Our systems use the right media for Chicago water.
A dedicated reverse osmosis unit under the kitchen sink takes your filtered water the rest of the way -- pure drinking and cooking water at the tap.
