Hi, I'm Michael, and I started Blue Line Water Filtration because I believe the water your family drinks every day should be something you never have to second-guess. Living in downtown Chicago, I know firsthand what that worry feels like. Between aging lead pipes and questionable tap water, I got tired of never quite trusting what came out of my own faucet, and I knew a lot of families here felt the same way. So I set out to build a company that actually fixes that, one home at a time.

I've always been someone who rolls up my sleeves and does the work myself, going back to my days doing hands-on blue-collar work where I learned that the client relationship is everything. That's the standard I hold Blue Line to: not a faceless company that treats you like a number, but a business where I'm personally in the mix, having real conversations and making sure every family gets a genuine five-star experience.
